Industrial Fire Fighting Vehicles are meant to Counteract the Specific Dangers that arise from areas having High Risk of Fire in the Petrochemical Industries, Refineries, Power & Nuclear Plants, Airports, Seaports, etc.

A-Muncipal Fire Truck-1 MUNICIPAL FIRE TRUCK Municipal Fire Fighting Vehicles are basically designed and built to intervene in Fire & Rescue Incidents in Cities & Villages. Their main feature is the versatility due to which they are able to operate in the most constrained places. These vehicles are normally twin agent type (Water & Foam) and come with a full set of Rescue Equipment, Onboard Generator, Extendable Light Mast, etc. The Municipal Fire Fighting Vehicles are normally categorized as Light, Medium & Heavy Duty types. They come in Single Cabin or Double Cabin Configuration as required and can accommodate 3 to 6 Fire Fighters in each of them. The Chassis Drive configuration are normally 4X2/ 4X4/ 6X4/ 6X6/ 8X4. Normally these vehicles carry from 2,500L of Water + 250L of Foam up to 10,000L of Water + 1,000L of Foam, depending on the chassis. Water Pump installed on the Fire Vehicle are normally of dual pressure type, i.e. High & Normal. The pump capacities varies from 2,400LPM to 10,000LPM. The Foam Proportioning System is cable of o to 6% depending on the delivery capacity. These vehicles normally come with a roof monitor as well as hand lines for fire fighting applications.
A-Rapid Intervention Vehicle-1 RAPID INTERVENTION VEHICLE Industrial Rapid Intervention & Rescue Fire Vehicles are compact and specially designed for carrying out Rapid/ Quick/ First Intervention at an Incident Site. These Vehicles are Equipped with Extrication Tools & Equipments for the Intervention in Rescue Operations that pose the risk to lives and property, including accidents resulting from Mishaps at Site, Traffic Accidents & Others, as well as accidents caused by collapse or risk of collapse of structures and all situations with victims incarcerated in confined spaces. In addition to Rescue & Life Saving Equipments, Water/ Foam based Fire Fighting Systems, Dry Chemical Powder System & CO2 System in Small Quantities, as well as Medical Support Equipments. ATEX/ Explosion Proof Systems (with Certification) are also installed on these vehicles depending on the area where they operate (especially in Gas Processing Plants). Long Distance Warer Supply LONG DISTANCE WATER SUPPLY Long Distance Water Supply Vehicle is basically meant to be Support Vehicle for the Major Fire Fighting Vehicles during large scale Fires & Disasters. The conventional system is for the Fire Vehicles to be fed from the Hydrants (Fixed Fire Water System). However in case of major incidents where the Hydrant System becomes non operational or is non-existent and water needs to be transported over many kilometres to meet the fire fighting requirements, the Long Distance Water Supply Vehicle comes to the rescue. These Vehicles have the capability to Transport Water from a far away source to the location of the Fire Fighting Vehicles in Operation, by using the Large Diameter Heavy Duty Hoses stored in the Hose Storage Container of the Vehicle. This vehicle drops one end of the Hose at the Source of the Water and drives towards the Fire Fighting Vehicles in Operation and connects the other end of the hose to the FFV. Water from the source (Lake/ Sea) is lifted using a Hydraulic Driven Submersible Pump and then pumped through the hose using a Diesel Engine Driven Hydraulic Pump (which is available on this vehicle). At the end of the Hose connected to the Fire Vehicle, the amount of water that could be obtained would be around 15,000LPM @ 2 Bar Pressure (depending on the size and length of the hose laid out). This System is capable of getting Water in almost any situation independent of the draft height. Depending on the diameter of the hose stored in the vehicles, the length of the hose also differs. However, Hoses with lengths up to 2-4 KMS are normally stored in a vehicle mounted container. Upon completion of the intervention, the vehicle is equipped with a Hose Recovery Unit, which is capable of picking up the wet hose from the ground, squeeze the remaining water out of it, brush it clean and store it back in the container box located in the vehicle. The Long Distance Water Supply Vehicle is also used for: Emergency Water Supply Cooling Water Supply Drinking Water Supply Chassis commonly used are Mercedes, MAN, IVECO, VOLVO, SCANNIA, TATA. Single or Double cabin configuration are available. Any size of Flexible Hoses (Up to 12 Inch in Diameter) can be loaded on the vehicle and used with automated machine.

A Water Tower with a maximum reach of 20M can also be provided. These Multi Extinguishing Systems makes these vehicles capable to face any kind of Fire Fighting Intervention and are suitable for use within the narrowest of spaces and even at off-road locations. For the Protection of Industrial Assets, TWOS provides a Complete Range of Fire Vehicles that are able to carry large quantities of Water, Foam, Dry Chemical & CO2. The Chassis are provided with Safety Features such as Spark Arrestors and Engine Shut-Off Valves, in line with the Internal Regulations of the Industrial Sector. These Fire Vehicles are either carrying Water or Foam. In case of Water being stored in the vehicle, Foam will be drawn from an external source through induction and mixed at the required percentage in the inductor, before being jettison through the Water/ foam Monitor. Similarly in the case of Foam being stored in the vehicle, Water will be drawn from the Fire Hydrant Ring available in the plant or from a Water Tanker. This vehicle drops one end of the Hose at the Source of the Water and drives towards the Fire Fighting Vehicles in Operation and connects the other end of the hose to the FFV. Water from the source (Lake/ Sea) is lifted using a Hydraulic Driven Submersible Pump and then pumped through the hose using a Diesel Engine Driven Hydraulic Pump (which is available on this vehicle). At the end of the Hose connected to the Fire Vehicle, the amount of water that could be obtained would be around 15,000LPM @ 2 Bar Pressure (depending on the size and length of the hose laid out). This System is capable of getting Water in almost any situation independent of the draft height.
